Cancelled items with-in the 1st 5 hours wil be subject to a 15% restocking fee. After the 1st 5 hours no cancellation accepted.
Most of the items on this store are made to order and mailed out within a reasonable time frame. All package are shipped with insurance and tracking numbers, once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking number. (additional fees may apply).
If an item is damaged in shipment, contact us immediately. Once the original item is returned (shipping paid by the buyer), it can be replaced at no additional charge. Items damaged or lost, at fault of the buyer, cannot be replaced. If item is to small, contact us within the first 3 days to arrange a solution. If the buyer wishes to cancel item(s), please notify the shop owner as soon as possible within 1st 5 hours of placing the order. Again, cancelled items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
